According to Zillow statisticians, homes with barn doors sold for an appreciated value of 13.4% more than the average home; properties with shaker cabinets added 9.6% premium to the sales price of the average home; and residences with farmhouse sinks also added 9.6% more in value and also sold an average of 58 days faster.
